[KRAFTWERK] Why was Kraftwerk delayed Monday?

Nice to have Kraftwerk back and operating in the US! What a tremendous
amount of activity we're enjoying after the dark years of - nothing!

My question has to do with Monday night's show - walking in the 9:30 Club we
noticed a sign stating, "Due to a weather event, Kraftwerk will not take the
stage until approximately 9:30." An appropriate time given the venue, but
does anyone know what this event was? Did the four just fly in that day?

The only other impression I can add to what I've already seen here is they
were much less loud than in Montreal last year. They were still
rattle-the-hairs-on-your-arms-and-legs loud where we were (Florian side,
near PA) but it was enveloping rather than near-dangerous.
