This is a bit complicated to answer, as German copyright law
makes a difference between "veroeffentlichen" and "erscheinen".
"Veroeffentlichen" means the release of a piece by making it
available to the public.
"Erscheinen" means the publication of a piece by bringing multiple
copies into circulation.
Hence these pieces were officially released in the sense of
"veroeffentlichen", since they were performed in concert, but they
weren't officially published on records etc.

In setlists for the June 1998 concerts it was listed as
"Airwave (Tango)", as far as I remember.
