As someone stated before, listen on line. Go to BBC.co.uk, choose the 'radio' section and you can then listen on line live using either the BBC in-built RealPlayer or Windows media player in a seperate window.

No SW. BBC Radio 4 sends on 198, 603, 720, 756, 774, 1449, 1485 kHz,
maybe one of them will work.
