Somebody somewhere will have the funds.... but I will make do with just grabbing the photo of it from the Ebay listing. 

There's a collectors' market for certain kinds of posters from around that time, such as the West Coast USA psychedlic artists (Wes Wilson, Stanley Mouse, Victor Moscoso and others) or Polish theatre posters from the communist era -- and best of them can get *reasonably* good prices -- but that Kraftwerk item is not technically daring in terms of the design or the print process, so I can't see it appealing to anyone other than a (wealthy) Kraftwerk collector.
