Well, they actually did speak about it, but the question is of course 
how reliable they are in this case. ;-)

Only the first German edition was, the US and UK versions were 
already altered.

The ISBN of the original unchanged, pre-lawsuit German version is 
3-85445-173-3.
I have a spare mint copy (still sealed), by the way, which I would 
trade for some other rare Kraftwerk stuff. Please mail me privately if 
interested.
