I don't think so.
Kraftwerk is an idea, a project, a philosophy. A Man Machine.

Maybe in the future others will take controll on Kling Klang and continue this idea. Ralf Hütter even talked about that possibility in an interview I remember.

"Star Trek" ist still "Star Trek" although the crew has changed, members have gone and new come. So is Kraftwerk, IMO.
